What a landlord checks at the end of a lease
In a one-bedroom near City Centre or Port Credit, the inspection is quick but thorough. The landlord or property manager opens the oven, looks inside the fridge, runs a hand along the bathroom fan and checks the balcony door track. A regular weekly clean does not usually reach those spots.
Read your lease and any move-out notice from the building. Some ask for specific items, like the carpet cleaned or the balcony swept. Send us that list and we will cover what is in our scope and flag what is not.

Book an end-of-lease clean in Mississauga
Tell us the unit size, the key-return date and whether the fridge and oven need doing. We confirm a price and whether your date is open.
Houses across Mississauga
Detached and semi-detached homes in Streetsville, Mineola, Lisgar or Clarkson usually call for something else: a deep clean before hosting family, or a regular visit every couple of weeks. Larger homes with a finished basement take noticeably longer, so mention every level when you ask for a price. A side-split in Mineola has more short staircases than its size suggests, and each set of stairs is spindles, treads and a railing to wipe.
Our cleaning services page compares regular and deep cleaning, and the deep cleaning page lists what the deeper visit adds.
What moves the time on a Mississauga clean
| Factor | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Elevator and parking | Getting equipment up a tower and parking nearby takes time on each visit. |
| Unit or house size | Bedrooms, bathrooms and levels set the base time. |
| Condition | Grease, limescale and pet hair need extra passes. |
| Empty or furnished | An empty unit is faster to clean thoroughly. |
| Appliance add-ons | Oven and fridge interiors are quoted separately. |
Your questions, answered
Before you book
Will a move-out clean get my deposit back?
We cannot speak for your landlord, but a thorough clean addresses the items most move-out inspections look at. Share your building's checklist with us so nothing is missed.
Do you need the elevator booked for a cleaning visit?
Usually not, since we carry hand equipment. Some buildings still want contractors registered at the desk, so let the concierge know.
How is the price worked out?
From the unit or house size, condition and add-ons. Cleaning is priced per job, and you get the number before you book.
Can you clean after my movers leave?
Yes. The usual order is move out, haul away anything left, then clean. Our Mississauga movers and junk removal pages cover the first two steps.
Do you clean condo common areas?
No. We clean inside your unit. Hallways and lobbies are the building's responsibility.
Can I book a cleaning on a weekend?
Ask about availability. Jobs in Mississauga are confirmed one booking at a time.
