Discuss coverage with specific items in mind
Insurance is listed in the published moving packages, but that line alone does not explain the coverage for a particular collection or high-value piece. Ask the team for the applicable terms, exclusions and claim procedure before booking. Keep your own records and photographs where appropriate, and identify items you intend to transport personally. Label the destination room for delicate boxes so they can be placed where you want to unpack them. Leave that space clear and avoid scheduling other work through the same narrow entrance. A short conversation about the actual objects is more useful than a general promise that everything will be treated the same way.
