These are hourly packages, not fixed totals. Your final price depends on billable time and agreed extras. Confirm minimum hours and travel-time billing before you book.

2. Start from a home size (planning range)
Hour ranges are a planning guide, not a quote: real time depends on stairs, elevators, how packed you are and the drive between homes. Packing materials are extra. Minimum booking time is confirmed when you reserve.

Compare the same inventory, access details and billable time when looking at packages. The lowest hourly number does not tell you the full job cost on its own.

Ask these questions before confirming your move.
Is the advertised price a fixed total for my move?
No. The $100, $120 and $130 figures are hourly moving package rates. The final amount depends on billable time, HST and agreed extras. Ask how the minimum booking and travel time apply to your route before confirming. A planning estimate is not a promise that every move will finish within that time.
Are fuel and mileage charged again?
Fuel and mileage are listed as included in the published packages. Travel-time billing is a separate question: confirm when the billable clock starts and stops for your booking. That distinction lets you compare quotes without confusing an included vehicle cost with the time needed to complete the job.
What can increase the time needed?
The inventory, number of trips, stairs, elevator availability, loading distance, furniture preparation and traffic can affect the time. Send accurate details for both addresses. Having boxes ready and access arrangements confirmed helps the team plan, but the quote still needs to reflect the actual job.
What extra costs should I ask about?
13% HST and packing materials, including stretch wrap, are additional to the published hourly rates. Confirm the minimum booking, travel-time billing and any work outside the package before you reserve. If you request packing or cleaning, have that scope and price identified separately.
Which package is right for a small move?
The $100/hr small cargo-van package is intended for studio apartments, single-person moves and smaller loads. The medium and large packages accommodate larger inventories. Share photos, a furniture list and an approximate box count; home size alone cannot confirm that everything fits.
