Get a price for your home and schedule
Send the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how many levels, whether you have pets and how often you want a visit. We reply with a price for that schedule.
What changes how long a clean takes
Home size matters, but bathrooms count for more than bedrooms. A three-bedroom townhouse in River Oaks with two and a half baths takes longer than a four-bedroom bungalow with one, because bathrooms are where most of the scrubbing happens.
Pets add more time than most people expect. A dog or a long-haired cat means hair on stairs, in vent covers and along every baseboard, and it comes back between visits. Tell us about pets up front so the visit is booked long enough to actually finish.
How often we come is the part you control. On a weekly or every-two-weeks schedule, each visit is maintenance: wiping what was clean a week ago. On a monthly schedule, soap scum and kitchen grease have had time to build, so each visit runs longer. So the price depends on both the home size and the schedule.
Clutter also slows a visit down. A cleaner can wipe a counter in a minute, but not while it is covered in mail and school papers, and we will not guess where your things belong. Ten minutes of tidying before we arrive keeps the time on cleaning.
Choosing how often
A rough guide to which schedule suits which household.
| Schedule | Suits | What each visit feels like |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly | Families with young kids, pets, or a busy kitchen | Short visits that keep up with daily mess |
| Every two weeks | Couples and small families, most Oakville households | A full reset every other week with little build-up |
| Monthly | Single occupants, tidy homes, condos | Longer visits, because grime has a month to settle |
| One-off | Before guests, after a renovation, before listing | Often better booked as a deep clean; ask us which fits |
Maid service in Oakville condos and houses
A maid service in Oakville is what we call regular house cleaning: a cleaner who comes on a schedule and works through a set list. The housing here ranges from Uptown Core and Lakeshore condos to detached homes in Glen Abbey, Joshua Creek and the Preserve, and the list adapts. Condos usually mean one level and fewer bathrooms; a newer North Oakville build might mean three floors, a finished basement and a lot of stairs to vacuum.
For condo visits, let your concierge know a cleaner is coming and tell us where visitors park. For houses, a door code or lockbox lets us clean while you are at work, if that suits you.
Supplies and equipment are something to settle when you book. Some households want specific products used for allergies, stone counters or hardwood. Tell us what you prefer and we will confirm what the cleaner brings and what, if anything, we would use of yours.

Your questions, answered
Before you book
How much is house cleaning in Oakville?
We price regular cleaning by home size and how often you want us. Send bedrooms, bathrooms, levels and pets, and we reply with a price for your schedule rather than a generic range.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave a key, lockbox or door code. If you prefer to be home for the first visit to walk us through the house, that is fine too.
Do your cleaners bring their own supplies?
Ask us when you book. Tell us about any product preferences, allergies or delicate surfaces and we will confirm what the cleaner brings and what we would need from you.
What is the difference between regular and deep cleaning?
A regular clean maintains surfaces that are already in decent shape. A deep clean goes after build-up: inside appliances, behind furniture, grout, baseboards and cabinet interiors. A first visit to a home that has not been cleaned in a while is often better as a deep clean.
Can you clean around pets?
Yes. Let us know what pets you have so we allow time for hair, and keep any nervous animals in a separate room or crate while we work.
Is this the same as a maid service?
Yes. A maid service and a recurring house clean are the same idea: a cleaner on a set schedule working through a set list. We just call it house cleaning.
Can I add cleaning to a move?
Yes. If you are moving, we can book a move-out clean for the old home and a move-in clean for the new one on the same quote as the move.
