A turnover clean, room by room

Cleaning plaster, old hardwood and original trim
Century brick houses in Kirkendall, Corktown and Dundas often have original hardwood, plaster walls and wood trim. Harsh products and soaking mops can damage them. Tell us what the floors and finishes are and we will plan the products and method.

Can you clean between tenants in Hamilton?

We spot-clean marks with care. Heavy staining on old plaster may need paint rather than cleaning.
Can you handle a whole house of hard water and grease?
Yes, as a deep or turnover clean. It takes longer, which is why we ask about condition before pricing.
Do I need to be there?
Not necessarily. Many landlords leave a lockbox code. Walk through the house with us by photo or video afterwards if you like.
