This page explains what Optimum Pro Service does with the information you give us when you ask for a quote or contact us.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, moving addresses or cities, moving date, home size and any notes you send through our forms, WhatsApp, email or by phone. Our website also records which page and advertisement brought you to us (for example a Google Ads click ID) so we know which advertising works.

How we use it

To reply to your request, prepare your quote, book and carry out your move, and measure our advertising. We only send promotional messages if you tick the separate consent box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to understand how visitors use the site and to measure which ads lead to enquiries. When you book with us, we may share a securely hashed version of your email or phone number with Google to confirm that an ad led to a booking. Google does not receive your details in readable form. You can control ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, such as our email provider and Google, and only for the purposes above.
