Can I combine two discounts?
One discount per booking, taken off the hourly rate. If more than one fits, we apply the bigger saving.
How do I claim an offer?
Mention it when you ask for a quote by form, WhatsApp, phone or email. We put it on your quote so it is on the invoice.
Is the $50 deposit refundable?
No, but it is never lost if you reschedule. It moves to your new date and comes off your final invoice.
Is there a minimum booking?
Local moves have a 3-hour minimum (4 on some longer routes). The discount applies to every billed hour.
Are there any other fees?
Packing materials and 13% HST are extra. Starts before 7 AM or after 7 PM are $10/hr more. The clock starts at your door. Moves over 100 km have a return fee based on the drop-off. All of it is on your quote first.
